What Is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a gentle and powerful tool for children and adults to  express themselves in an easier way, as everyone is naturally creative and imaginative.

The clients don't need to know how to draw or paint.

It is about the process and what their artwork means for them. There is no right or wrong in this creative work.

Using each individual's creativity and imagination to encourage them to simply express their feelings and emotions in a safe environment.
